  3. Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance
  4. Providing advice on purchasing products or services
  5. Answering client or customer questions about properly using or accessing a product or service
  6. Taking or processing orders for a product or service
  7. Listening to customer or client complaints or concerns and working to resolve their issues
  8. Report product malfunctions to the relevant team
  9. Generate daily reports
  10. Train new agents
