I am a mechanical engineer with an MBA from IESE Business school and 8 years of work experience.

I have developed my skills studying in Italy, in the Netherlands, and in the U.S. and afterwards building more than 5 years of technical experience as product designer, team leader, and production manager in the defense and automotive sectors. Later on, after the MBA I started what is now a more than 2 years of experience as in-house strategic consultants and international group program manager.

I specialized in group strategy, focusing on new project and new businesses development, M&A, and group synergies, presenting my studies and plans to CEOs and CFOs of group companies, shareholders, and board of directors.

I will create for you a complete business plan that, starting from the basic offer, will be ready to be presented to investors, shareholders, and board of directors.

I will prepare a comprehensive presentation including industry, strategy, and marketing analysis, with financial forecast, KPI, and sensitivity analysis (Premium offer). Eventually, if requested, I will suggest strategic initiatives and their prioritization, focusing on an impact / effort evaluation.
