I will form your business for you: either LLC, s-corp, c-corp, or partnership plus provide a link to your EIN. You will then be legally allowed to open a business bank account and begin taking customers.

In addition to my fee of $200, remember there is a state filing fee which depends on which state you choose to incorporate in. Fees vary but are usually $125-$200.

Some states also require a physical address in that state (not a PO Box). I can obtain an address for you if needed through a registered agent service for an extra fee.

Not all states require a physical address so please ask about what state is best for you. Common choices are your home state, New York, Delaware, Wyoming, or Florida.
