I will perform technical phone skype zoom or even mock interviews

As an experienced Software and Database Developer in many languages, I have helped clients perform Technical Interviews by Phone, Skype and Zoom. In addition, having owned my own business, I have also helped interview CTO’s, CIO’s, and Senior level Programmer positions.

• I will work with the skills your candidate is required to have and create questions that will ensure they have at least core experience in that area.

• Technical questions will be written up and given to you for approval. Once approved, I will contact the person by Phone, Skype or Zoom and perform a 15 minute Technical Interview.

• The results will be recorded by me and a metric of how well they did on each question. This will be sent to you for evaluation.

Example: In a SQL UNION query, how do you ensure all data is returned and duplicates are not removed.

A note about revisions: Revisions must be reasonably within the original scope. Otherwise, they are a new feature and require a new Gig. For example, adding or changing a few questions is fine. Adding, “but I also need…” must be discussed.
