I have worked in Real Estate Industry for more than 19 years. I have therefore management expertise about Residential Building Construction. I can provide consultancy support ie Land acquisition to Building Handover and Post Handover Services as well.

Building Construction has many critical paths and every path is required individual attention. I shall provide consultancy on each path including land feasibility study, land procurement, design finalization, initial mobilization, supply chain management, inventory management, construction monitoring, auditing during construction, finished product inspection by a professional body, etc.

Post handover services are also required adequate attention by the Builder. This Service tenure is usually for one year. I have a wide range of professional expertise on this service.
