This gig includes a structured interview guide that assesses the four most job-relevant dimensions (Arthur et al., 2003):

  • Consideration for others
  • Drive
  • Influencing Others
  • Planning & Organization

The interview guide contains four questions for each dimension. Two of which focus on bast behavior (behavioral event interview) and two of which focus on future behavior (situational interview). Both interview methods have been shown to be highly valid to predict behavior in the workplace.

The different packages can be differentiated as follows:

  • BASIC – includes a list of 16 questions, no further interview guide or anchored rating scale for the different questions
  • STANDARD – includes a structured interview guide, no anchored rating scale for the different questions
  • PREMIUM – includes a structured interview guide with an anchored rating scale for each question

Please be aware that this is a standardized set of questions that fit to a wide variety of jobs. However, you should definitely ask some specific job-related questions during your interview process, too.
